MARKET REPORT

Although sales have been slower in 2023, it is not dead around here! Home sales all over the Concho Valley continue to break average price records. This is likely due to less inventory than normal for the late Fall. For the past two weeks, interest rates have dropped with good inflation news. The 10year treasury yield plummeted last week with positive, better tha expected, CPI data. Check out all the neighborhood data HERE
