As a family who initially intended to rent, coming from 1500 miles away, Irene initially started working with us out of the goodness of her heart, with no financial incentive. Ironically, it turned into us buying a house 3 weeks later. Due to the distance of Florida to West Texas, we bought our house sight unseen, and Irene's exceptional communication, technical skills and navigation of many external factors shined bright, as she looked at houses for us, gave us assessments, worked late nights and always got back to us with answers to our questions.
